In the framework of the liquidity contract (see press release dated 4 July 2018), IMMOBEL announces today that it has bought on Euronext Brussels 562 shares during the period between 17 and 21 December 2018.

During the same period, IMMOBEL has sold 525 shares.

The total number of own shares held by IMMOBEL reached 1,220,303 on 21 December 2018. The total number of ordinary shares equals 9,997,356.
