Immobel is delighted to start a new collaboration with the Thomas & Piron Group for this important urban development in the heart of the municipality of Ixelles, near universities (VUB and ULB), following the sale of the shares (50 %) held by SA Alcor (Rabot Dutilleul Group) to the Thomas & Piron Group.

Universalis Park owns two properties on the “La Plaine” site having an aggregate area of 8.5 hectares. The project involves the construction of residential units including affordable housing, student accommodation, a kindergarten, local shops, a nursing and care home, and a public park.

Universalis Park already obtained a building permit for the construction of a first phase of 140 homes, a kindergarten and two shops. The construction of the first building of this first phase will start in the coming months.

Thomas & Piron Bâtiment and Les Entreprises Louis De Waele shall jointly realize the construction of the first phase.
