In the framework of the liquidity contract (see press release dated 4 July 2018), IMMOBEL announces today that it has bought on Euronext Brussels 403 shares during the period between 18 and 22 March 2019.

During the same period, IMMOBEL has sold 204 shares.

The total number of own shares held by IMMOBEL reached 1,214,700 on 22 March 2019. The total number of ordinary shares equals 9,997,356.
