In the framework of the liquidity contract (see press release dated 4 July 2018), IMMOBEL announces today that it has bought on Euronext Brussels 801 shares during the period between 10 and 14 December 2018.

During the same period, IMMOBEL has sold 401 shares.

The total number of own shares held by IMMOBEL reached 1,220,266 on 14 December 2018. The total number of ordinary shares equals 9,997,356.
