In the framework of the liquidity contract (see press release dated 4 July 2018), IMMOBEL announces today that it has bought on Euronext Brussels 586 shares during the period between 22 and 26 October 2018.

During the same period, IMMOBEL has sold 33 shares.

The total number of own shares held by IMMOBEL reached 1,220,180 on 26 October 2018. The total number of ordinary shares equals 9,997,356.
