In the framework of the liquidity contract (see press release dated 4 July 2018), IMMOBEL announces today that it has bought on Euronext Brussels 1,335 shares during the period between 27 and 31 August 2018.

During the same period, IMMOBEL has sold 1,569 shares.

The total number of own shares held by IMMOBEL reached 1,221,265 on 31 August 2018. The total number of ordinary shares equals 9,997,356.
