In the framework of the liquidity contract (see press release dated 4 July 2018), IMMOBEL announces today that it has bought on Euronext Brussels 1,477 shares during the period between 20 and 24 August 2018.

During the same period, IMMOBEL has sold 606 shares.

The total number of own shares held by IMMOBEL reached 1,227,711 on 24 August 2018. The total number of ordinary shares equals 9,997,356.
