As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you'll be part of a team of dynamic sales consultants. You'll be responsible for selling property projects from A to Z. You have a winning mentality, you like to plan your own schedule and you're looking for a new challenge. Then you're definitely our new Sales Consultant!

Job description

• Calls, appointments and closing sales
• You manage all the sales processes. You build your own customer network. You analyze customers' needs. You present the property to potential buyers and finalize the sale
• You are responsible for selling flats and/or houses in the best locations in Belgium.
• You will represent Immobel's values and contribute to the results with your passion and enthusiasm for sales.
• You will work closely with the Sales Team to achieve the objectives.

Profile description

• You have an IPI number or you're currently doing an internship/are ready to start the journey.

• Your empathy and ability to listen will enable you to understand your customers' needs.

• You have a natural commercial instinct and the power of persuasion.
• You're ambitious and flexible: working weekday evenings and weekends doesn't scare you.
• You're capable of working in a team and independently. 
• You know how to adapt to any type of environment.
• You have a perfect command of Dutch or French. Knowledge of English is a plus. 
• Sales experience would be a plus.
• A higher diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree would be a plus
