Immobel is launching a call for applications for the development of the Lebeau block, in the emblematic district of Sablon. Designed to act as a reinforced link between the upper part and the lower part of the city, this 41.500 m² mix-used project will be followed by Assar Architects, who oversees the execution. The architectural competition will retain five teams for the design of the project and will be concluded in June.
