A haven of greenery tucked away in the capital of Europe 

The Universalis Park project is a large-scale, mainly residential, development located on the ULB/VUB la Plaine university campus. This project, to be completed in different phases, will be characterised by a broad residential mix combining apartments, student accommodation and neighbourhood facilities, all in a unique green setting in the very centre of Brussels.
