Tati Barbès, Paris 18e: The restructuring of an emblematic Parisian site! 

The site of the former Tati shop brings together the challenges of urban reconversion on which the Immobel group has built its expertise and know-how.

The mixed program that we are going to put in place will provide a response to the human, social and cultural needs of the district. Once converted, the project will offer 21 housing units, 1222 m2 of shops at the foot of the building, with the remainder being dedicated to offices, a hotel residence and a cultural venue.
