Thanks to a harmonious redevelopment, this project in Brussels in the vicinity of the Grand Sablon/Grote Zavel square aims to reinvigorate a block which has lost a little of its vivacity in recent years. Through the use of an elegant architectural language, the aim is for the project to fit seamlessly into the neighbourhood thanks to the use of an appropriate texture that is more in keeping with the surrounding buildings. It’s an approach that favours sustainable urban development.
