A black monolith sitting on a glazed podium, the K-Point building proudly takes its place among the major architectural statements of the Kirchberg plateau. The K-Point concept won a competition organised by the ‘Fond d’Urbanisation et d’Aménagement du Kirchberg’ in 2006. Opting for an ‘H’ shape frees up space around a central core and keeps the number of movements to a minimum. The space within the building has been designed to enable flexibility and is suitable for individual offices or open space, and floors can be divided in up to four parts.
