Immobel & BPI Real Estate redesign the Brouck'R project
After having obtained the building permit for the redevelopment of the Brouck’R project in July 2021, the permit was suspended by the Conseil d’Etat/Raad Van State in April 2022. In consultation with Urban.Brussels and the Secretary of State, Immobel and BPI have decided to adapt the design of the Brouck’R project to optimise the plans, which consist, amongst others, in removing the roof volume from the design.

The Notes were succesfully placed on 17 June 2022 with mostly retail investors following a book-building process where Belfius and BNP Paribas Fortis have acted as Joint Green Bond Structurers, and Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis and KBC have acted as Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers.

Immobel SA/NV (“Immobel”) hereby announces that on 17 June 2022 it will launch a public offer in Belgium of 4-year green notes for a minimum nominal amount of EUR 75,000,000 and a maximum nominal amount of EUR 125,000,000 (the “Notes”). The Notes will be offered both to retail investors and to qualified investors. Upon issue, the Notes will be listed on the regulated market of Euronext Brussels.
The materials passport used for the first time in a major renovation project
The Multi building is now set for a circular future thanks to Madaster's digital materials passport. The building of developers Immobel and Whitewood is the first renovation project in Belgium to receive a digital passport for materials in Madaster. Immobel delivered a strong set of results achieving substantial growth in revenues. Net profit group share grew to EUR 92.2 million up from EUR 33.3 million in 2020. The return on equity stood at 19%, well above the Company’s 15% target. EBITDA doubled from EUR 52.8 million to EUR 103.8 million.
