Strong full year results underline Immobel's resilient business model.
Immobel delivered a strong set of results achieving substantial growth in revenues. Net profit group share grew to EUR 92.2 million up from EUR 33.3 million in 2020. The return on equity stood at 19%, well above the Company’s 15% target. EBITDA doubled from EUR 52.8 million to EUR 103.8 million.
Immobel Capital Partners acquires Leeds Office Campus as the first asset for its green office strategy
Immobel Capital Partners, the investment management business of Immobel Group, the largest listed real estate developer in Belgium, announces it has signed a sale and purchase agreement to acquire 50% of the White Rose Park from OIRP Investment 10, part of Orion Capital Managers. White Rose is a green office campus situated just outside of the City of Leeds.
