At Immobel, we firmly believe that building cities is, above all, about building connections. It is with this mindset that we have partnered with ToekomstAtelierDelAvenir (TADA), a non-profit organization that supports young people from socially vulnerable backgrounds in Brussels. Since 2022, our colleagues have been volunteering their time and sharing their expertise with these children to broaden their horizons and inspire their career choices.

A rewarding collaboration

As part of TADA’s weekend school program, our colleagues welcome children each year to our offices and several of our project sites. This unique immersion allows them to gain first-hand insight into the real estate sector, understand its challenges, and interact with passionate professionals. Their curiosity and enthusiasm have deeply moved us and strengthened our determination to continue this initiative.

Building bridges between businesses and youth

TADA’s educational approach, focused on networking and experiential learning, contributes to a more inclusive society by equipping children with the tools they need to better understand themselves and the world around them.

We support this mission by creating authentic connections between the real estate industry and the adults of tomorrow. By sharing our expertise and encouraging the exploration of different professions within our sector, we plant the seeds for future vocations and offer young people tangible career perspectives.
