At the end of October, Immobel[1] sold a Senior Living Residence with 111 apartments to Leuven NV, a company managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers, one of the main service providers in the field of life insurance and pensions in Europe. Regarding the operation of the facilities, Leuven NV concluded a 25-year rental agreement with Domitys Flandre SRL, a subsidiary of Domitys SAS, the French leader of the senior serviced residence market which manages serviced apartments.

Immobel and Domitys worked closely together to work-out the interior design of the senior living residence with +/- 1,000 m² high-quality amenities such as a restaurant and wellness areas. The complex, called Vaart der Brouwers, is uniquely located on the Vaart in Leuven.
