IMMOBEL FRANCE ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF PAUL-MICHEL ROY AS MANAGING DIRECTOR SERVICES SECTOR AND URBAN TRANSFORMATION
Paul-Michel Roy joins the French subsidiary of Immobel in Paris as the new Managing Director Services Sector and Urban Transformation. He will be responsible for developing Immobel France’s services sector projects as well as implementing of all the real estate developer’s restructuring and urban transformation projects. Immobel France has a strong ambition in this area. Immobel today occupies a leading position in the European real estate landscape and develops mixed and sustainable urban projects, meeting the current and future needs of users.

In particular, he will strengthen synergies between our residential and services sector projects and consolidate the teams responsible for urban transformation and services sector projects in Paris and Île-de-France. In this way, Immobel France is accelerating its development to meet the increasingly important urban challenges of diversity and sustainable rehabilitation,” explains Fabien Acerbis, Managing Director of Immobel France.
Paul-Michel Roy will strengthen the teams responsible for current projects, including the flagship Tati Barbès, but also for keeping up Immobel France’s momentum in the development of new projects in the Île-de-France region.

Paul-Michel Roy is a graduate of ESTP. He began his career at Bouygues Immobilier in 2006, in corporate real estate, first as Head of Office Real Estate Programmes, then Head of Development. In 2013, he joined Cushman & Wakefield France in the Île-de-France offices department. In 2015, he became Development Director in the Corporate Real Estate division of Vinci Immobilier. He had recently taken over as Head of Development at REHAGREEN, within Bouygues Immobilier.
