Immobel and BPI Real Estate, joint venture partners for the development of the Brouck'R project, are pleased to announce the successful signature of a sale agreement for the main office building within the Brouck’R mixed-use redevelopment project to the Nationale Loterij/Loterie Nationale. This office space, located on the strategic corner of De Brouckèreplein /Place de Brouckère and -Augustijnenstraat/Rue des Augustins, will host the new headquarters of the National Lottery and will be available for occupancy starting in 2027.
The Brouck’R project aims to transform the former Allianz office site from a predominantly office-centric area into a vibrant, multifunctional urban living space. Spanning a total of 37,000 m², the redevelopment will include 172 residential apartments, 129 units of student housing, retail spaces and offices. The project includes 10,700 m² of office space, divided between two separate buildings. The Nationale Loterij/Loterie Nationale will occupy one of these buildings, with an area of 6,800 m².
In line with the demand for high-quality living and working environments, the new office building will feature multipurpose spaces, private terraces for meetings, direct roof access, and a flexible office layout designed to promote a pleasant and productive working atmosphere.
Sustainability is the key focus of the Brouck’R project. The building will be equipped with geothermal energy and solar panels, completely eliminating the need for fossil fuels. A courtyard garden of not less than 2000m2 will enhance the site's ecological value and biodiversity. Situated in the car-free zone of De Brouckèreplein/Place de Brouckère, the project has excellent accessibility via public transport, walking, and cycling. Additionally, a large bicycle parking area and nearby public parking spaces will ensure ease of access by various means of transportation.
