Immobel wishes to inform its shareholders and the public of a correction in the Remuneration Report, which forms part of the Annual Report 2024.

A material error was identified in the previously published Remuneration Report, specifically:

• in section VI. (Comparative information on the evolution of remuneration and company
performance over the last five reported financial years) on page 52 of the Remuneration
Report, the table has been replaced with the correct version; and
• in section VII. (Ratio highest remuneration / lowest remuneration) on page 53 of the
Remuneration Report, the ratio has been corrected.

A corrected version of this Remuneration Report has now been included in an updated version of the full Annual Report 2024, which is available on our website as of today.

We apologise for any confusion this may have caused. We emphasise that all financial data in the Annual Report and its annexes are accurate and provide a true and fair view of the company’s financial position and performance for the financial year 2024.
