MissionAs a Sales Consultant, you are the driving force behind the sales of high-quality real estate projects. You guide clients from start to finish in their search for the perfect home or investment. With your expertise, enthusiasm, and ability to inspire confidence, you elevate our customer service to the next level.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire sales process, from advice to contract signing

  • Represent premium real estate projects, assisting clients in making informed decisions.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

  • Manage your client portfolio independently and proactively achieve sales targets

  • Contribute to the company's growth with your commercial instinct and team spirit

  • Participate in inspiring events and open houses to promote our brand and projects

 

skills

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in real estate or equivalent experience and have an IPI/BIV registration (or are willing to complete an internship)

  • A strong commercial drive and a client-focused approach are your trademarks

  • You are a communicative, enthusiastic, and flexible professional who thrives in a dynamic environment

  • Sales experience is an advantage, but your determination and willingness to learn are key

  • You have excellent command of Dutch and/or French; knowledge of English is a plus

  • You are willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary
