Job description

  • You are responsible for the sales of new-build projects in the region of  Liège, Namur, Walloon Brabant and Brussels
  • You are in charge of all phases of the sales process: networking and developing customer portfolios, analysing customer needs, presenting real estate in line with the needs of the potential buyer and handling the sale itself.
  • You assist your customers in a creative, service-oriented manner and in order to build confidence.
  • You represent Immobel’s values and serve its objectives with passion and enthusiasm for the real estate sector.

 

Profile description

  • You are a service-oriented entrepreneur with a true power of persuasion.
  • You are result-oriented.
  • You have a strong commercial instinct
  • You are young, enthusiastic and dynamic.
  • Both working autonomously and being part of a team appeal to you.
  • You have a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree, preferably in an economics or a similar field.
  • You have at least two years of sales experience.
  • You communicate fluently  in French.
