Job description
- You are responsible for the sales of new-build projects in the region of Liège, Namur, Walloon Brabant and Brussels
- You are in charge of all phases of the sales process: networking and developing customer portfolios, analysing customer needs, presenting real estate in line with the needs of the potential buyer and handling the sale itself.
- You assist your customers in a creative, service-oriented manner and in order to build confidence.
- You represent Immobel’s values and serve its objectives with passion and enthusiasm for the real estate sector.
Profile description
- You are a service-oriented entrepreneur with a true power of persuasion.
- You are result-oriented.
- You have a strong commercial instinct
- You are young, enthusiastic and dynamic.
- Both working autonomously and being part of a team appeal to you.
- You have a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree, preferably in an economics or a similar field.
- You have at least two years of sales experience.
- You communicate fluently in French.
