The Operational Excellence Manager will evaluate current business processes, look for best practices to improve customer service, reduce costs, and make the best use of company resources, in order to facilitate a resilient grow for Immobel in its different entities. In addition, he will support the implementation of digital solutions to enhance quality and efficiency of processes, giving Immobel a competitive advantage in the market.  

He will work in close collaboration with the Head of Continuous Improvement and IT in the roll out of the transformation roadmap. 


  • Together with business stakeholders, map, analyze and re-engineer business processes 

  • Identify business critical issues, build hypotheses and falsify these with facts and data analysis 

  • Map the customer journey and support business in identifying and implementing actions to improve quality and customer satisfaction 

  • Help business in defining KPI’s, establishing dashboards and promoting a culture of performance management 

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by tackling problems together with business stakeholders, monitoring results and taking problem solving in case of deviations 

  • Coach managers in creating an environment of empowerment and employee engagement that fosters personal growth and development 

  • Facilitate workshops and help business stakeholders come to a common understanding 

  • Help the IT department with the definition of business requirements, coordinating stakeholders and implementing  IT projects End-to-End 

  • Assist the IT department with the End-to-End implementation of IT projects going from definition of business requirements, coordinating stakeholders to end-user testing 


  • You have 2-4 years of experience in operational excellence projects in lean management (or similar) company 

  • A ‘lean’ background is a strong plus. 

  • You have very strong analytical skills 

  • You have excellent change management skills (oral and written). 

  • You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills 

  • You are a problem-solver and eager to learn 

  • You are a team player and easy to work with 

  • You are flexible, result oriented and work well in a challenging environments 

  • You can easily adapt to different environments and stakeholders 

  • You are persistent, always asking for the ‘why’ of things 

  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. 

  • Experience in delivering IT projects is a plus
