Revaloriser un quartier emblématique en préservant les vestiges du 17e siècle

Depuis les destructions dues à la Seconde Guerre mondiale, toute une partie de l’ancienne ville hanséatique de Gdansk était restée inexploitée et avait laissé un trou béant en plein milieu de la ville.

En collaboration avec RKW Architektur+, Kwadrat Studio Architektoniczne et Mąka Sojka Architekci, Immobel a entièrement repensé le site de Granary Island, en conservant son concept de grenier traditionnel mais en le faisant évoluer vers l’architecture moderne.
